The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court, on 17th November, 2021, with Office Report dated 16th September, 2021 when the following order was passed:-

It is submitted that pursuant to the order dated 14.01.2020 all the files of Transferred Cases were shown to the learned counsel for the Committee on 05.02.2020.

It is submitted that Mr. P.N. Puri, Advocate has on 19.08.2020 filed an Application for Direction on behalf of the Applicant "Hawk Capital pvt. ltd." in terms of Court's order dated 09.05.2018 and the same has been registered as Interlocutory Application No. 79102 of 2020 and included in the Paper Books.

It is further submitted that Mr. Satpal Singh, Advocate has on 21.08.2020 filed an Application for seeking permission to file the Directions,  directions and application for exemption from filing official translation and notarized affidavit and the same have been registered as Interlocutory Application Nos. 80258,80260 and 80264 of 2021 and placed with the Paper Books.

It is further submitted that Ms. Preeti Singh, Advocate has on 19.03.2021 filed an application for direction after serving its copy on the other side and the same has been registered as Interlocutory Application No. 42747/2021 and placed with the Paper Books.

It is further submitted that Ms. Suruchi Aggarwal,  Advocate on behalf of the Committee has on 08.03.2021 filed Contempt Petition No. 701 of 2021 (D.No. 6465 of 2021) against the alleged contemnor for deliberately and intentionally violating the orders dated 17.08.2004 & 15.10.2008 after that Ms. Soumya Dutta, Advocate has on 11.08.2021 filed Vakalatnama/memo of appearance after taking 'NOC" from the erstwhile Advocate Ms. Suruchi Aggarwal, Advocate and has on 27.09.2021 filed additional affidavit and the same is being circulated.

It is further submitted that Ms. Soumya Dutta, Advocate has on 24.07.2021 filed an Application for Direction on behalf of the committee and the same has been registered as Interlocutory Application No. 80958 of 2021 and included in the Paper Books.

It is further submitted that Ms. Soumya Dutta, Advocate on behalf of the Committee has on 08.11.2021 filed an Application for Directions and the same has been registered as Interlocutory Application No. 143211 of 2021 and circulated to the Hon'ble Court.

It is further submitted that Mr. Pankaj Kumar Mishra, Advocate has on 04.10.2021 filed Short Affidavit  and the same is being circulated to the Hon'ble Court.

It is further submitted that Ms. Somya Dutta, Advocate has on 15.11.2021 filed Status Report and the same is being circulated to the Hon'ble Court.

It is further submitted that Mr. Jagjit Singh Chhabra, Advocate has on 13.11.2021 filed application for Intervention on behalf of the Applicants and the same has been registered as Interlocutory Application No. 147184/2021 and Exemption from filing official translation, Direction and exemption from filing official translation circulated with D. Nos. 147185,147187 and 147188 to the Hon'ble Court.

It is further submitted that Mr. Pankaj Kumar Mishra, Advocate has on 18.11.2021 filed Miscellaneous Documents (Cont. Pet. D.No. 149579/2021) and has on 06.12.2021 filed a letter stating therein that the Miscellaneous Documents may be treated as Withdrawn and has on 06.12.2021 filed fresh Contempt Petition and the same has been registered as Contempt Petition (c) No. 942/2021 and circulated to the Hon'ble Court.

It is further submitted that Mr. Pankaj Kumar Mishra, Advocate has on 02.12.2021 filed Status Report on behalf of the Committee GFIL with Affidavit and the same is being circulated to the Hon'ble Court.

It is further submitted that Mr. Jagjit Singh Chhabra, Advocate has on 03.12.2021 filed Application for permission to place additional documents with Affidavit and the same has been registered as Interlocutory Application No. 158706/2021 and the same is being circulated to the Hon'ble Court.

It is further submitted that Mr. Shubham Bhalla, Advocate has on 06.12.2021 filed Rejoinder Affidavit  on behalf of the Applicant (I.A. No. 42747/20121) and the same is being circulated to the Hon'ble Court.
