It is submitted that Mr. P.N. Puri, Advocate has on 19.08.2020 filed an Application for Direction on behalf of the Applicant "Hawk Capital pvt. ltd." in terms of Court's order dated 09.05.2018 and the same has been registered as Interlocutory Application No. 79102 of 2020 and included in the Paper Books.
It is further submitted that Mr. Satpal Singh, Advocate has on 21.08.2020 filed an Application for seeking permission to file the Directions, directions and application for exemption from filing official translation and notarized affidavit and the same have been registered as Interlocutory Application Nos. 80258,80260 and 80264 of 2021 and placed with the Paper Books.
It is further submitted that Ms. Suruchi Aggarwal, Advocate on behalf of the Committee has on 08.03.2021 filed Contempt Petition No. 701 of 2021 (D.No. 6465 of 2021) against the alleged contemnor for deliberately and intentionally violating the orders dated 17.08.2004 & 15.10.2008 after that Ms. Soumya Dutta, Advocate has on 11.08.2021 filed Vakalatnama/memo of appearance after taking 'NOC" from the erstwhile Advocate Ms. Suruchi Aggarwal, Advocate and has on 27.09.2021 filed additional affidavit and the same is being circulated.
It is further submitted that Ms. Soumya Dutta, Advocate has on 24.07.2021 filed an Application for Direction on behalf of the committee and the same has been registered as Interlocutory Application No. 80958 of 2021 and included in the Paper Books.
It is further submitted that Ms. Soumya Dutta, Advocate on behalf of the Committee has on 08.11.2021 filed an Application for Directions and the same has been registered as Interlocutory Application No. 143211 of 2021 and circulated to the Hon'ble Court.
It is further submitted that Mr. Pankaj Kumar Mishra, Advocate has on 04.10.2021 filed Short Affidavit and the same is being circulated to the Hon'ble Court.
It is further submitted that Ms. Somya Dutta, Advocate has on 15.11.2021 filed Status Report and the same is being circulated to the Hon'ble Court.
It is further submitted that Mr. Jagjit Singh Chhabra, Advocate has on 13.11.2021 filed application for Intervention on behalf of the Applicants and the same has been registered as Interlocutory Application No. 147184/2021 and Exemption from filing official translation, Direction and exemption from filing official translation circulated with D. Nos. 147185,147187 and 147188 to the Hon'ble Court.
It is further submitted that Mr. Pankaj Kumar Mishra, Advocate has on 18.11.2021 filed Miscellaneous Documents (Cont. Pet. D.No. 149579/2021) and has on 06.12.2021 filed a letter stating therein that the Miscellaneous Documents may be treated as Withdrawn and has on 06.12.2021 filed fresh Contempt Petition and the same has been registered as Contempt Petition (c) No. 942/2021 and circulated to the Hon'ble Court.
It is further submitted that Mr. Pankaj Kumar Mishra, Advocate has on 02.12.2021 filed Status Report on behalf of the Committee GFIL with Affidavit and the same is being circulated to the Hon'ble Court.
It is further submitted that Mr. Jagjit Singh Chhabra, Advocate has on 03.12.2021 filed Application for permission to place additional documents with Affidavit and the same has been registered as Interlocutory Application No. 158706/2021 and the same is being circulated to the Hon'ble Court.
It is further submitted that Ms. Soumya Dutta, Advocate has on 13.04.2022 filed an Application for Directions and the same has been registered as Interlocutory Application No. 56711 of 2022 and placed with the Paper Books.
It is further submitted that Ms. Vandana Sehgal, Advocate has on 25.04.2022 filed an Application for Directions and the same has been registered as Interlocutory Application No. 62749 of 2022 and placed with the Paper Books.
It is submitted that Mr. P.N. Puri, Advocate has on 15.10.2022 filed an Application for Impleadment as party Respondent i.e. "Hawk Capital Pvt. Ltd." alongwith Vakalatnama/memo of appearance and the same has been registered as Interlocutory Application Nos. 156171 of 2022 and the same is being circulated to the Hon'ble Court.
It is further submitted Mr. P.N. Puri, Advocate has on 15.10.2022 filed an Application for Direction and the same is unregistered D.No. 156177 of 2022 is being circulated to the Hon'ble Court.
It is further submitted that Ms. Somya Dutta, Advocate has on 10.10.2022 filed Reply of Interlocutory Application Nos. 62749/2022,79102/2020,80260/2020 and 147187 of 2021 and the same are placed with the Paper Books.
It is further submitted that Mr. Siddharth, Advocate has on 17.10.2022 filed an application for Impleadment as party Respondent and the same has been registered as Interlocutory Application No. 157461 of 2022 and placed with the Paper Books.
It is further submitted that Mr. Siddharth, Advocate has on 27.02.2023 filed Application for seeking directions with supporting affidavit after serving its copy on the other side and the Unregistered Interlocutory Application D.No. 44362 of 2023 and placed with the Paper Books.
It is further submitted that Ms. Saumyua Dutta, Advocate (Counsel for Committee-GFIL) has on 09.11.2022 filed Additional Affidavit i.e. Case Synopsis by way of Affidavit, and tand placed with the Paper Books.
It is further submitted that Mr. Surender Singh Hooda, Advocate has on 17.11.2022 and 02.12.2022 filed an application for impleadment to Implead as Respondent i.e. "GPL Investors forum" and Application for Directions after serving other side. The Interlocutory Application has been registered as I.A. No. 176824/2022 (Impleadment) and Unregisterd I.A. D.NO.188455 of 2022 (Directions) to be listed before the Hon'ble Court and placed with the Paper Books.
It is further submitted that Ms. Soumya Dutta, Advocate has on 23.12.2022 filed an application for Directions after serving other side and the same has been registered as Interlocutory Application No. 204428 of 2022 is placed with the Paper Books.
It is further submitted that Ms. Soumya Dutta, Advocate has on 18.05.2023 filed an Application on behalf of the Committee -GFIL for Directions and the same has been registered as Interlocutory Application No. 106350 of 2023 and circulated to the Hon'ble Court.
It is also submitted that Mr. Aditya Soni, Advocate has on 15.11.2022 filed an application for impleadment to implead as Respondent i.e. M/S Advantage Equifund Pvt Ltd. and the same was registered as I.A. No. 177449 of 2022 and listed before the Hon'ble Court on 25.04.2023, when the Hon'ble Court directed I.A. No. 177449 of 2022 to be disposed of as not pressed.
It is lastly submitted that Mr. Aditya Soni, Advocate has on 07.07.2023 filed Application for modification of order dated 25.04.2023 passed by this Hon'ble Court and the same has been registered as Interlocutory Application No. 124735 of 2023 and Copy of the same is being circulated herewith for kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.
