The matter above mentioned was listed before the Ld. Registrar Court, on 12th December, 2023, when he was pleased to pass the following order:

" Despite due service on respondent nos.6, 7 and 9 to 13, there is no appearance.

Counter has been filed in respect of respondent nos.1 to 5. Defects have been partly cured in the counter affidavit, still defective and the counsel has filed a letter in this regard and made a request to ignore the defects. (This fact is to be apprised to the court as when the matter listed before the court)

Ld. Counsel for petitioner has failed to cure the defects in proof of dasti or to take appropriate steps in respect of respondent no.8.

Hence, process the matter for listing before the Hon’ble Judge-in-Chambers, for further directions."

The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court, on 10th September, 2010, when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the following order:

" Delay condoned.

 Issue notice with regard to quantum of punishment awarded."

It is submitted that there are four (4) respondents in this matter. Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 are represented by Mr. Sudarshan Rajan, Advocate and counter affidavit on their behalf has already been included in the SLP paper books. A.D Cards duly signed have been received in respect of Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 but none has entered appearance on their behalf so far. 

It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has filed rejoinder affidavit and additional affidavit which have already been included in the SLP paper books.

The matter above-mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court, on 05th February, 2024, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

" This petition will have to be heard. 

For that purpose, the same shall be listed on 9th April, 2024."

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that no further document has been filed in the instant matter so far.
