The matter above mentioned was listed before the  Hon'ble Court on 13th September, 2022, with office report dated 12th September, 2022, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

" The hearing of this batch of cases will involve time as indicated by most of the counsel. 

 Considering the paucity of time available to this Bench and having regard to the urgency, we deem it appropriate to direct the Registry to place these matters before Hon'™ble the Chief Justice of India for constitution of an appropriate Bench, at the earliest."

It is submitted that Mr. Mohan Kumar, Advocate has on 13th March, 2023 filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of all the appellants  in Civil Appeal No. 2634 & 2636 of 2013.

Service of notice on alternative arrangement notice on appellants is not complete in Civil Appeal No. 2635 of 2013.

Service of notice is complete in all the matters.
