Civil Appeal No. 6383 of 2013 :

It is submitted that there are two respondents in this appeal. Respondent No. 1 is represented through Mr. Pawanshree Agrawal, Advocate and respondent no. 2 is represented by Mr. B.V.Balaram Das, Advocate.

It is further submitted that Mr. Pawanshree Agrawal, Advocate representing respondent no. 1 has on 12.01.2019 filed an application for permission to file additional documents (registered as I.A. No. 7221 of 2019) and copy of the same has been placed with appeal paperbooks.

It is further submitted that counsel for the parties have not filed statement of case so far.

Service of notice of lodgement of petition of appeal is complete.

Civil Appeal No. 6384 of 2013 :

It is submitted that there are four respondents in this appeal. Respondent No. 1 is represented through Mr. Kaushik Choudhary, Advocate and respondent nos. 2 to 4 are represented through Mr. Shuvodeep Roy, Advocate.

It is further submitted that counsel for the appellant and respondent no. 1 have filed statement of case but counsel for the respondent nos. 2 to 4 have not filed statement of case so far. As per amended SCR 2013, list of date has been filed in this matter, hence civil appeal is ready for hearing.

Service of notice of lodgement of petition of appeal is complete.

The appeals alongwith application above-mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
