The matter above-mentioned alongwith connected matter was listed before Hon'ble Court, on 19th August, 2019, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:-
"List on 23.09.2019.
In the meantime, the State Governments, which have not complied with the order, may file their response and may report compliance of the same. It is also submitted that even the States which have filed their compliance report, have not complied with several provisions. To submit the details, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner as prayed for time.
Let the statement be filed by 20.09.2019 relating to the non-compliance on the part of the States on whose behalf an affidavit has been filed.
Let the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Central Government obtain instruction and file an affidavit in terms of the order dated 08.12.2016 in Civil Appeal No. 11938 of 2016."
It is submitted that Mr. G.N. Reddy, Advocate has on 23.08.2019 filed affidavit of compliance report of the State of Andhra Pradesh after serving its copy on other side and copy of the same has been placed with appeal paper books.
It is further submitted that statement relating to the non-compliance on the part of the states has not been filed so far.
It is lastly submitted that counsel appearing on behalf of Central Government has not filed affidavit so far.
The office report for directions is listed before Hon'ble Court for orders.
