         It is submitted  that as directed above, Mr. Chirag M. Shroff, Advocate in SLP(C) No. 25132/2013 has on 31.1.2021 e-filed unsigned Written submissions on behalf of the petitioner without serving the same on other side and is barred by time by 4 days. M/s M.V. Kini & Associates, Advocates in SLP(C) No. 18847/2019 has on 1.2.2021 e-filed Note on submissions on behalf of the petitioner consisting 9 pages and copy of judgment (Pages 10-147) without serving the same on other side  and is barred by time by 5 days.  However, copies of the same have been placed with SLP Paper Books.

It is further submitted that  Mr. Subhash Bhowmick, Advocate for the applicant/proposed intervenor has on 29.1.2021 e-filed compilation of Judgments in I.A. No. 84855/2015 in SLP(C) No. 36693/2013  and copy of the same has been placed with SLP Paper Books.

It is also submitted that Mr. K. Parmeshwar, Advocate in SLP(C) No. 18847/2019 has on 2.2.2021 e-filed compilation on behalf of the sole respondent and has also e-filed written submissions. Copies of the same have been placed with SLP paper books.

It is lastly submitted that the matters above mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 2.2.2021, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:-
