It is submitted that as per India Post tracking report, the notices issued to proposed Respondent 27/1 to 27/4 in SLP Nos. 11633-667/13 have been delivered, but no appearance. Copies of tracking reports enclosed herewith. Service on the substitution application is now complete.

It may be mentioned here that service is also complete, in respect to the substitution application, upon the proposed Respondent Nos. 7/1 in SLP 11479-511/13 and 54/1, 65/1, 75/1, 86/1, 103/1 in SLP 11516-624/13, but no appearance.

Therefore, I.A. No. 8891/2016 (common application for bringing on record the Lrs. of deceased Respondent No. 7 in SLP(C) No. 11479-511/13 and Respondent Nos. 54, 65, 75, 86 & 103 in SLP(C) Nos. 11516-624/13 and I.A. No. 24664/2017 (application for bringing on record the Lrs. of deceased Respondent No. 27 in SLP(C) 11633-667/13) are now ready to be listed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for Orders.

The Petition above-mentioned is listed before the Registrar Court with this Office Report.
