Pursuant to aforesaid order show cause notice to all the respondents in SLP(c) No.13686/2015 and 13687-13689/2015 was issued on 16.2.2015 and 29.5.2015 by Regd.A.D.
Service position of each matter is as under:-  

SPECIAL LEAVE PETITION (CIVIL) No. 1152 OF 2014,

  It is submitted that there are five respondents in this matter.  Respondent Nos.1 & 2, 4 and 5 are represented by represented by M/s Vinod Sharma,  Shadan Farasat and S.N. Terdal, Advocate respectively. Counter affidavit filed by counsel appearing for respondent Nos. 1,2 and 5 have been included in SLP Paper books. Counsel appearing for respondent no. 4 has not filed counter affidavit despite opportunities afforded b y Ld. Registrar Court.. No one has entered appearance on behalf of respondent no. 3 though served.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has on 02.05.2014 filed rejoinder affidavit to the counter affidavit of respondent no 1,2 and 5 and the same have been included in SLP Paper books.

SPECIAL LEAVE PETITION (CIVIL) No. 2142-43 OF 2014,

                It is submitted that there are 8 common respondents in these matters.  Respondent Nos.1 & 2 are represented by Mr. represented by Mr. Vinod Sharma, Advocate.  but has not filed counter affidavit so far. Respondent No.3 is represented by Mr. Abhay Kumar, Advocate and counter affidavit filed by him has been included in SLP Paper books. Respondent No.6 is represented by Mr. S.N. Terdal, Advocate but has not filed counter affidavit so far. No one has entered appearance on behalf of respondent Nos.4, 5, 7 and 8 though served.

SPECIAL LEAVE PETITION (CIVIL) No. 2146 OF 2014,  
It is submitted that there are 6  respondents in these matters.  Respondent Nos.1 & 2 are represented by Mr. Vinod Sharma, Advocate. but has not filed counter affidavit so far. Respondent No.4 is represented by Mr. Mansoor Ali, Advocate and he has not filed counter affidavit so far. No one has entered appearance on behalf of respondent Nos 3 & 5 though served. SLP against respondent no. 6 has been dismissed vide Order dated 07.10.2016 of Hon'ble Judge in Chambers. Accordingly cause title has been amended and included in Paper Books.
It is however, further submitted that on listing of application for restoration of SLP qua Respondent No. 6 (I.A. No. 3) application for substituted service by way of publication of notice in respect of Respondent No. 6 was allowed vide Order dated 24.04.2017. Counsel for the petitioner has filed affidavit with proof of publication duly published in two newspapers but no one has entered appearance on his behalf.
