It is submitted that originally there are four respondents in SLPs, Respondent nos. 5 to 7 have been impleaded as party respondents vide Hon'ble Judge in Chambers Order dated 26.10.2015 and Respondent no.8 is allowed to act as Intervenor vide Hon'ble Judge in Chambers Order dated 03.07.2015. Accordingly Cause Title has been amended and included in SLP paper books.
It is further submitted that Counter Affidavits filed on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1-3, 4, 5, 6 & 7 and Rejoinder Affidavit to Counter Affidavit of Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 & 4 have already been included in SLP paper books.
