The appeals above-mentioned  were listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court on 10th July, 2019, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

  It is submitted that as directed above NLPA letter dated 15.07.2019 has been issued to High Court for record.

There are 8 respondents in these appeals.  Respondent Nos. 1 to 4 are represented by Ms. Anil Katiyar, Advocate. Respondent Nos. 5 and  6 to 7 have been impleaded as party Respondents vide Court's order dated 26-10-2015 and are represented by Mrs. Promila and  M/s Temple Law Firm, Advocates. Respondent No. 8 has been allowed vide Court's order dated 3.9.2015as intervenor and is represented by Mr. Sudarsh Menon, Advocate.

Statement of case has not been filed by the parties  and stipulated time has already expired.  However, filing of statement of case is not mandatory under Order XIX, Rule 32 (2) of SCR, 2013.

Service of NLPA is complete.

       

          The appeal are listed for pre-final hearing before the Court of Ld. Registrar with this Office Report.
