It is submitted that Mr. Sanjay Kumar Visen, Advocate for petitioner has filed an application for substitution to bring on record the Lrs. of deceased  Respondent Nos. 1-8 in SLP (C) No. 18926 of 2014, deceased Respondent Nos. 1, 2 & 5 in SLP (C) No. 18927 of 2014, deceased Respondent Nos. 1, 2, 8-9, 11, 13 & 14 in SLP (C) No. 18928 of 2014, deceased Respondent Nos. 1-3 in SLP (C) No. 18929 of 2014, deceased Respondent No. 2 in SLP (C) No. 18930 of 2014, deceased Respondent Nos. 1 & 4 in SLP (C) No. 18931 of 2014, deceased Respondent Nos.1-7 in SLP (C) No. 18932 of 2014, deceased Respondent No. 1 in SLP (C) No. 18933 of 2014, deceased Respondent No. 7 in SLP (C) No. 18934 of 2014, deceased Respondent Nos. 1-3 in SLP (C) No. 18935 of 2014, deceased Respondent Nos. 1, 2 4 & 5 in SLP (C) No.18937 of 2014, deceased Respondent Nos. 6-10, 16 & 17 in SLP (C) No. 18939 of 2014, deceased Respondent Nos. 1 & 4 in SLP (C) No. 18940 of 2014 so far. It is submitted that Respondent No. 1 has died. Mr. Gagan Gupta, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama along with application for substitution to bring on record the Lrs. of deceased Respondent No. 1. There is delay of 33 days in filing the substitution application. He has also filed applications for condonation of delay in filing substitution application and exemption from filing O.T.. The same is yet to be listed before Hon'ble Court (In Chamber).

Service on remaining respondents is complete.

The matters above-mentioned are listed before Ld. Registrar's Court with this Office Report.
