SLP(C)Nos. 742-743/2017:-

Accordingly, show cause notice on the application for impleadment was issued to both the parties through their respective consels but no  reply affidavit has been filed to application for impleadment, so far.

Service of notice in SLP as well as on application is complete.

SLP(C)Nos. 25263-25264/2018:-

It is submitted that there are 3 respondents in this matter.  Accordingly, show cause notice was issued to respondent no. 1 through Mr. Nishant Patil and respondent Nos. 2 and 3 by registered AD post.

 Mr. Nishanth  Patil, Advocate has on 28.11.2019 filed vakaltanama and memo of appearance on behalf of respondent No. 1 and has also on 10.01.2020 filed counter affidavit. Copy of the same is included in the paper books. 

It is also mentioned here that respondent Nos. 2 and 3 are State of Karnataka who is represented in main matter i.e. SLP(C)NO. 742-743/2017  through Mr. V.N.Raghupathy, Advocate.

Service of notice  is complete on  respondent Nos. 2 and 3 through tracking report of India post.

The Petitions above-mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
