"It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the petitioner have three daughters and one is marriageable. Hence the petitioner badly requires alimony for their maintenance and marriage expenditure etc. Issue notice to the aforesaid aspect only."

It is submitted that show cause notice was issued to sole respondent through Regd. A.D. Mr. Pankaj Kumar Mishra, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama/appearance as well as counter affidavit on behalf of sole respondent and same has been included in SLP Paper Books.
