The matter above mentioned was listed before the Ld. Registrar Court on 29th January, 2020, when the Ld. Registrar Court was pleased to pass the following order:  

 "Ld. counsel for the Petitioner No. 1(a) has already filed the vakalatnama which is found to be defective. Ld. counsel shall rectify the defects within a period of two weeks, as a last chance. 

Ld. counsel for the respondent Nos. 1(iii) and 12(iv) have already filed the vakalatnama which is found to be defective. Ld. counsel shall rectify the defects within a period of four weeks. Ld. Counsel for the Petitioner has failed to file the Interlocutory Application of substitution for bringing on record the Lrs. of deceased Respondent No. 10.

Viewed thus, matter be processed for listing before the Hon'™ble Judge in Chambers for further directions. Await Orders. List thereafter."

It is submitted that, there are 19 respondents in this matter. Mr. Divyesh Pratap Singh, Advocate has already filed Vakalatnama on behalf of all the respondents.

It is further submitted that, Counter Affidavit has already been filed by the erstwhile advocate Mr. Anil Kumar Tandale on behalf of all the respondents.

The matter above mentioned was lastly listed before the  Hon'ble Court (In Chamber), on 07th November, 2022, when the Court (in Chamber) was pleased to pass the following order:

" I.A. No. 29824/2021 and 29825/2021 

 Abatement set aside. 

 Delay in filing application for bringing on record Lrs of deceased respondent No. 12 is condoned. 

Application for bringing on record Lrs of deceased respondent No. 12 is allowed. 

I.A. No. 29827/2021 

Application for amendment of cause title is allowed. 

Let amended cause title be filed. 

I.A. No. 41367/2020 

A letter has been moved for withdrawal of defective application for substitution in respect of deceased respondent No.12. 

I.A. No. 41367/2020 is dismissed as withdrawn. 

Respondent No. 10 has passed away. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that Lrs of deceased respondent No. 10 are already on record.      

No direction is required to be passed in this regard."

In compliance to the above mentioned order, Lrs. of deceased respondent no. 12 has been brought on record Cause title have been amended, Vakalatnama of Lrs. of deceased respondent no. 12 i.e. respondent 12(vii) and respondent 12(viii) has already been filed by the Counsel and Respondent No. 10 is shown as dead vide Courts order dated 07.11.2022.

Service of show cause notice is complete on all the respondents.

The Petition above-mentioned is listed before the Court of Ld. Registrar with this Office Report.
