It is submitted that as directed above, show cause notice to all the 5 respondents was issued on 11.11.2017 by registered AD.  Mr. B.V. Balramdas, Advocate has on 23.2.2018 filed Vakalatnama/appearance on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 to 4 and has on 6.6.2018 filed counter affidavit on behalf of respondent Nos. 1, 3 and 4.  Ms. Lalitha Kaushik, Advocate has on 22.2.2018 filed vakalatnama/appearance as well as counter affidavit on behalf of respondent No. 5.  Counter affidavits have been included in SLP Paper Books.

It is further submitted that Mr. James P. Thomas counsel for the petitioner has on 16.11.2020 filed an application for permission to file additional documents (registered as I.A.No. 116880/2020) and copy of the same has been placed in SlP Paper Books.
