The matter above mentioned was listed before the Ld. Registrar Court on 20th November, 2018, when the following order was passed : - 

" Opportunity to respondent No. 1.1 to file counter affidavit has already been declined.

Respondent Nos. 1/1.2 and 9 (9.7) have not filed counter affidavit, despite last opportunity.  Further opportunity is declined.

Respondent No. 11 (11.1) and 11.2 are common as respondent Nos. 10 and 12 and are represented, as such service is deemed to be complete but none has entered appearance.

Service is complete on respondent Nos. 1 (1.3) to 1 (1.4), 9 (9.2) to 9 (9.6) but none has entered appearance.

Despite last opportunity, fresh steps for service of respondent No. 9.1 have not been taken.

Registry to process the matter for listing before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for further directions."

The office report on default in the matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court (In Chamber) on 21st February, 2019, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

" Perused the office report.

As prayed, four weeks time is granted to do the needful."

The Office Report on Default in the matter above mentioned was again listed before the Hon'ble Court (In Chamber) on 17th July, 2019, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

" Three weeks time is granted to learned counsel for the petitioner to take steps for issue of notice to the proposed Lr. No. 9.1."

The Office Report on default in the matter  above mentioned was lastly listed before Hon'ble Judge(In Chamber), on 30th September, 2019, was pleased to pass the following order:

" Learned counsel for the petitioners prays for and is granted two weeks'€™ time to comply with the office report regarding service of proposed legal representative No.9.1. "

It is submitted that Counsel for the Petitioner has not taken fresh steps in respect of proposed legal representative no. 9.1 so far.

The Default, for not taking fresh steps in respect of proposed legal representative no.9.1,  is listed before the Hon'ble Judge(In Chamber) with this office report.
