This Hon'ble Court, on 15.9.2017, was pleased to pass the following order:

" Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the relevant material.

It is submitted that there is sole respondent in all the five petitions. In view of aforesaid order, show cause notice was issued to all the five respondents by Registered A.D. Post on 13.4.2018. As per track report of India Post, notice has been delivered to sole respondent in SLP(C) 23470, 23471 and 23473 of 2017 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf so far. Mr. Pankaj Gupta, Advocate has on 28.6.2018 filed vakalatnama/ appearance on behalf of sole respondent in SLP(C) 23472/2017. He has on 11.10.2018 filed counter affidavit and the same has been included in SLP paper books. Counsel for the petitioner has on 19.8.2020 filed Affidavit with proof of serving SLP paper books upon sole respondent in SLP(C) 23469/2017.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has on 4.7.2018 filed proof of service of SLP paper books upon counsel for the respondent in SLP(C) 23472/2017.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has on 25.7.19 filed Application for change of name of sole respondent in SLP(C) 23469/2017 and the same was allowed vide Hon'ble Judge in Chambers order dated 18.12.2019. Accordingly cause title has been amended and included in SLP paper books.

This Hon'ble Court, on 4.10.2021, was pleased to pass the following order:

"Delay condoned.

Issue notice.

Ms. Charanya Lakshmikumaran, learned Advocate-on-Record, who is on caveat, accepts and waives formal notice on behalf of the respondent.

Tag with SLP(C) Nos. 23469-23473 of 2017."

Accordingly matter has been tagged with SLP(C) Nos. 23469-23473/2017.

It is submitted that show cause notice was issued to the common sole respondent through Ms. Charanya Lakshmikumaran, advocate on 12.10.2021 and she has on 5.4.2023 filed counter affidavit. Copy of the same has been included in SLP paper books.

It is further submitted that counsel for the sole respondent has on 19.4.2023 filed Application for Permission to file Additional Documents (I.A. No. 81148/2023) and the same has been included in SLP paper books.

This Hon'ble Court, on 17.10.2022, was pleased to pass the following order:

"Heard learned Additional Solicitor General appearing on behalf of the petitioner.

Accordingly show cause notice was issued to the sole respondent through Ms. Charanya Lakshmikumaran, Advocate on 26.10.2022 and she has on 23.5.2023 filed counter affidavit. Copy of the same has been included in SLP paper books.

SLP(C) NOS. 9877-9879 OF 2022

This Hon'ble Court, on 20.5.2022, was pleased to pass the following order:

"Delay condoned.

Issue notice and tag with SLP(C) Dy. No. 9604 of 2021."

Accordingly show cause notice was issued to the sole respondent through Mr. Avadh Bihari Kaushik, Advocate/ Caveator on 30.5.2022.  Mr. Charanya Lakshmikumaran, Advocate has on 8-12-2022 filed Vakalatnama & memo of appearance on behalf of Sole Respondent after taking NOC from the erstwhile Advocate and has also on  10-5-2023 filed Counter Affidavit.  Copy of the same has been placed with SLP Paper Books.
