This Hon'ble Court, on 20th November, 2018, was pleased to pass the following order:

"Issue notice. 

Until further orders, the operation of the impugned order dated dated 18-08-2017, passed by the High Court Of Punjab & Haryana at Chandigarh in CR No.2626/2017, shall remain stayed. "

There are total 03 Respondents. 

It is submitted that pursuant to above order, show cause notice was issued to Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 through Regd. A.D.Post. Mr. Sarvapriya Makkar, Advocate, who appeared on behalf of Respondent No. 1 and 2 has neither filed Vakalatnama nor counter affidavit so far despite four weeks time as last  opportunity granted by the Ld. Registrar's order dated 02.07.2018. Respondent No. 3 has been impleaded as party Respondent vide this Hon'ble Court (in Chamber) order dated 01.10.2018. Service of notice is complete through tracking report but no one has entered appearance on his behalf so far.
