It is further submitted that, Counsel for the Respondent No. 1 has already filed his Counter Affidavit.  No one has entered appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 2 though duly served with notice.  Counsel for the Petitioner has filed Rejoinder Affidavit.  Both the affidavits have been included in SLP Paper books.
