Mr. Amrish Kumar, learned Advocate on Record accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-Union of India in Diary No(s). 38644/2017, Diary No(s) 38645/2017 and Diary No(s). 36200/2017. Hence, issue of formal notice to the respondent-Union of India is dispensed with.

Copy of the petitions be served on the respondent-Union of India.

It is submitted that in view of order quoted above, Ms. Fauzia Shakil, Counsel for petitioner has filed proof of service after serving the copy of SLP on the respondent-Union of India. Mr. Amrish Kumar, Advocate has not filed Vakalatnama on behalf of sole respondent so far.

Service is not complete as Vakalatnama is not filed so far.

The matter above-mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
