This Hon'ble Court, on 18th May, 2018, was pleased to pass the following order:

"SLP(C) No. 24312-­24315/2017 

As   per   postal   tracking   report   in   respect   of   respondent   No. 1 in SLP(C) No. 24312/2017, respondent Nos. 1 & 2 in SLP(C) No.24313/2017, respondent Nos.1-­7 in SLP(C) No.24314/2017 and respondent Nos.3 & 4 in   SLP(C)   No.24315/2017,   the   remarks   shows   that "Undelivered, Insufficient   address   and   Redirection"   respectively.   Hence, Ld. counsel for the petitioner shall within a period of four weeks file the  fresh  particulars of the above respondents and he shall also take fresh steps for the service of notice to them within the same period. 

SLP(C) No. 24317-­24323/2017 

The respondent No.1 has failed to file the counter affidavit despite   repeated   opportunities.   Ld. counsel   submits   that   he   has filed the counter affidavit yesterday. Be taken on record.

Service is complete on the respondent Nos. 2 & 3, but no one has entered appearance on their behalf. The   office   report indicates that the Ld. counsel for the petitioner has filed the spare copies after the period prescribed for such filing. The delay has been satisfactorily explained by the Ld.counsel.   Therefore,   the   same   is   condoned,   and,   accordingly, notice shall be issued to the respondent Nos.4-­7 urgently.   At   this   stage   Ms. Priya   Agarwal,   Ld. counsel   undertakes to appear for the respondent No. 4 official liquidator. She seeks and is given four weeks time to file the vakalatnama and the counter affidavit. 

List the matter again on 13.08.2018. "

SLP (C) No. 24312-24315 of 2017

It is submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has neither filed fresh particulars nor taken fresh steps for the service of unserved respondents.

Service is not complete.

SLP (C) No. 24317-24323 of 2017

It is submitted that Mr. Shekhar Prit Jha, Counsel appearing for the respondent no. 1 has on 17.05.2018 filed counter-affidavit on behalf of him. No one has entered appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 though served.

It is further submitted that pursuant to aforesaid Order, show cause notice was issued to Respondent Nos. 4 to 7 by registered A.D. post. As per India post tracking report, notice has been delivered to Respondent Nos. 4 and 6 but no one has entered appearance on behalf of them. Notice addressed to the respondent no. 5 has been returned to New Delhi GPO with postal remarks 'Not Known" and notice in respect of respondent no. 7 has been returned to New Delhi GPO without any postal remarks.

Service is not complete on respondent nos. 5 and 7.

It is submitted that these are fresh matters.

The matters above-mentioned are listed before the Court of Ld. Registrar with this Office Report.
