This Hon'ble Court, on 11th January, 2018, was pleased to inter-alia pass the following order:

"SLP(C) No. 16247 of 2017, SLP(C) No. 6581 of 2017, SLP(C) No. 2844 of 2017 & SLP(C) No. 5837 of 2017

Having heard the learned counsel on both sides, we are of the view that the order dated 07.12.2017 needs to be modified in these cases, particularly in view of the order dated 16.02.2017 passed in SLP (C) No. 5837 of 2017. Accordingly, we make it clear that it is open to the trial court to proceed with the trial."

SLP(C) No. 5837/2017:-

It is submitted that Mr. Gaurav Sharma, Advocate representing Respondent No. 1 has on 11.12.2017 filed an application for directions (registered as I.A. No. 135869/2017) and the same has been included in SLP paper-books.

It is further submitted that M/s Dua Associates, Advocates has on 12.12.2017 filed an application for directions (registered as I.A. No. 136042/2017) and the same has been included in SLP paper-books.

It is lastly submitted that there are 3 respondents in this SLP. Reply affidavit filed on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 & 2 has already been included in SLP paper-books. Counsel for the petitioners has filed an application for transposition of proforma respondent No. 3 as petitioner No. 5 (registered as I.A. No. 81387/2017) and the same has been included in SLP paper-books.

SLP(C) No. 6581/2017:-

It is submitted that Mr. Gaurav Sharma, Advocate representing Respondent No. 1 has on 11.12.2017 filed an application for directions (registered as I.A. No. 135866/2017) and the same has been included in SLP paper-books.

It is further submitted that M/s Dua Associates, Advocates has on 12.12.2017 filed an application for directions (registered as I.A. No. 136071/2017) and the same has been included in SLP paper-books.

SLP(C) No. 16247/2017:-

It is submitted that sole respondent is represented by Mr. Gaurav Sharma, Advocate but has not filed counter affidavit so far.

SLP(C) No. 897-898 of 2018

This Hon'ble Court, on 19th January, 2018, was pleased to inter-alia pass the following order:

"Delay condoned.

Issue notice.

Tag with SLP (C) No. 5837 of 2017."

It is submitted that show cause notice was issued to both the respondents by registered A.D. Post on 02.02.2018. Neither A.D. Card nor unserved cover has been received in respect of both the respondents so far.

Service is awaited.
