This Ld. Registrar Court, on 25th April, 2019, was pleased to pass the following order:

"Respondent No.1 has already filed counter affidavit. Service is not complete in respect of respondent No.2.

 Mr. Seshatalpa Sai Bandaru, Ld. Advocate has appeared on behalf of respondent No. 2. He seeks and is given two weeks' time to file vakalatnama and four weeks' time to file counter affidavit. 

Fresh steps for the service of notice by usual mode to respondent No.3 shall be taken by the learned counsel for the petitioner within a period of two weeks. 

Ld. Counsel for petitioner submits that respondent No.4 in the present matter is the same respondent in the main matter wherein he has already been served. Registry to verify the same."

 It is submitted that Mr. Seshatalpa Sai Bandaru, advocate has not filed vakalatnama and counter affidavit on behalf of resondent no.2. However respondent no.2 who is a common respondent in both the matters and represented through Mr. Nishant R. Katneshwarkar in the main matter only i.e SLP (c) no. 25320-21 of 2012. Service of notice may be treated as complete in respect of respondent no.2. 

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not taken fresh steps in respect of respondent no.3. Hence notice could not be issued to unserved respondent no.3.

It is lastly submitted that upon verification. It is found that respondent no. 4 is not the same respondent with the main matter.

Service of notice is not complete on respondent nos. 3 & 4.

The Petition above-mentioned is listed before the Court of Ld. Registrar with this Office Report.
