The Ld. Registrar Court, on 29th January, 2018, was pleased to pass the following order:

"Application for change of the name of respondent No. 1 be processed as per rules.

Await service report of respondent No. 2 from the High Court of Dublin, Ireland.

Respondent No. 4 has been served but no one has enered appeearance.

List again on 23.3.2018."

The matter was listed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chamber on 15.03.2018, when the following order was passed :

"Heard.  

IA   No.   562/20018   for   permission   to   change   the   name   and registered address of respondent no.1 is allowed. 

Amended memo of parties be filed within two weeks. "

It is submitted that pursuant to aforesaid Order, Cause title has been amended accordingly.

It is further submitted that Service report in respect of Respondent No. 2 is yet to be received from the High Court of Dublin, Ireland. No one has entered appearance on behalf of Respondent no. 4 though served.

The matter above-mentioned is listed before the Court of Ld. Registrar with this Office Report.
