This Hon'ble Court, on 03rd August, 2018, was pleased to pass the following order:

" Respondent Nos.1, 4 and 5 have already filed counter affidavit. 

The Ld. Counsel for respondent No.1 to serve copy of the counter affidavit on the other respondents within one week.

Respondent No.12 has filed counter affidavit but after the opportunity was declined. Registry to make a specific mention in the office report at the time of listing the matter before the Hon'ble Court. 

The Ld. Counsel for respondent No.7 submitted that he has filed vakalatnama but copy of complete set of pleadings has not been served upon him. The Ld. Counsel for the petitioner is directed to serve complete set of pleadings with proof of service of pleadings upon the Ld. Counsel for respondent No.7 within one week. Counter affidavit be filed within four weeks thereafter. 

Last and final opportunity is granted to respondent No.8 for filing counter affidavit within four weeks. 

Service is complete on respondent No.6. The Ld. Advocate, Mr.Lokesh Kumar Sharma, appearing on behalf of Mr. C.S.N. Mohan Rao, Advocate-on-record appears for respondent No.6. He seeks time to file vakalatnama and counter affidavit. Be filed within four weeks.

Service is complete on respondent Nos.2, 10, 11, 13, 14 and 15 but none has entered appearance. 

Respondent Nos.3 and 9 have not filed counter affidavit, despite last and final opportunity. Further opportunity is declined.

Opportunity to respondent Nos.18, 20, 22, 25, 27, 28, 31, 32, 36, 38, 39, 40, 41, 43, 50, 52, 53, 54, 57, 63, 64, 65, 73, 78, 80, 85, 88, 89, 90, 102, 104, 113, 122 and 126 to file counter affidavit has already been declined vide order dated 28.3.2018. 

List again on 11.9.2018."

It is submitted that Counsel appearing for Respondent no. 1 has not filed proof of service of supply of copy of counter-affidvait on the other respondnets. Counsel for the petitioner has not filed proof of service of supply of complete set of pleadings upon the counsel appearing for respondent no. 7, hence no counter affidavit. Counsels appearing for the respondent no.  8  has not filed counter-affidavit so far.

It is submitted that Mr. C.S.N. Mohan Rao, Advocate has on 06.08.2018 filed vakalatnama on behalf of Respondent no. 6  but has not filed counter-affidavit so far. No one has entered appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 2, 10, 11, 13, 14 and 15 though served.

Service is complete.

The matter above-mentioned is listed before the Court of Ld. Registrar with this Office Report.
