Rest of the Matters

Subject to the orders of Hon'™ble the Chief Justice of India, registry to list all the matters for hearing on 3 rd August, 2021 at 2.00 p.m., on which date, to begin with, submissions on the issue under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act will proceed.

As prayed by Mr. Deepak Prakash, learned counsel, list SLP(Crl.) No.1586/2021 and 609/2021 along with SLP(Crl.) No(s). 734/2021 and connected cases on the next date of hearing along with this batch of cases. "

It is submitted that, pursuant to the Court's order dated 30.07.2021, counsel has on 02.08.2021 given Bank details and the amount  has been released.

There are two respondents in this Matter.

It is submitted that Respondent No. 2 is represented by Mr. B.K. Prasad, Advocate. Certificate of service regarding transmission of Original record to this Court has not been received from the High Court in respect of the Respondent No.1. Certificate of Service is still awaited.

Service is not complete on Respondent No. 1.

There is one respondent in this Matter.

It is submitted that Ms. Shally Bhasin, Counsel for the Petitioner has on 07.07.2020 filed Application for Permission to Plead Additional Facts & Grounds and Prayers and Application for Exemption from filing Original Notarized Affidavit after serving other side and the same have been registered as Interlocutory Application Nos. 59717 & 59725 of 2020 and Included with the Paper Books.

It is further submitted that Ms. Roohe Hina Dua, Advocate has on 12.04.2021 filed Written Submission on behalf of the Intervenors after serving its copy on the other side and the same is placed with the Paper Books.

It is further submitted that Ms. Shally Bhasin, Advocate has on 02.08.2021 filed Compilation of Case Laws on behalf of the Petitioner (containing Volumes- V to VII) in the matter after serving its copy on the other side and the is being circulated to the Hon'ble Court.
