The matter above mentioned was listed before Hon'ble Court, on 20th January, 2020, alongwith office report dated 16.01.2020, when the court was pleased to pass the following order:

" Learned senior counsel for the respondent-Punjab and Haryana High court submits that they are simply following the Government policy at page 64 and the hospital visited by the petitioner is not an approved hospital and thus the reimbursement as per the Government rates is to be done only for the approved hospital unless there is an emergency. 

In view of the aforesaid, it is appropriate that the State of Haryana is impleaded as respondent No.2 through the Chief Secretary. 

Amended memo of parties be filed within a week. 

Let notice be issued to the State Government through the standing counsel. 

Dasti service as well. "

It is submitted that State of Haryana through the Chief Secretary has been impleaded as respondent no. 2 vide Hon'ble court order dated 20.01.2020. Cause title has been amended and included in SLP paper books. Thereafter show cause notice has been issued to respondent no. 2 through Registered AD post. Dr. Monika Gusain, Advocate has filed vakalatnama and short counter affidavit on behalf of respondent no. 2. Copy of the same is already included in SLP paper books. 

Service of show cause notice is complete for both the respondents.

The Petition above-mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
