"We have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent.
Having regard to the important question of law involved in this case and at the request of the Court, Mr. Siddharth Luthra, learned Senior Advocate has gracefully consented to act and appear as Amicus Curiae and to assist us in the matter.
We direct the Registry to supply an up-to-date copy of the Transfer Petition to Mr. Siddharth Luthra, learned Amicus Curiae immediately.

It is submitted that pursuant to the order quoted above an updated copy of petition has been provided to the Ld. Amicus Curiae on 05.09.2019 and the name of Mr. Sidharth Luthra, Sr. Advocate has been updated in the ICMS data for being shown in the Cause List.
