It is further submitted that Mr. Vishwa Pal Singh and has filed vakalatnama/appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1-3 but no counter affidavit is filed so far.

It is submitted that Mr. Ashok Mathur, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama on behalf of Respondent Nos. 2 & 3 but no counter affidavit has been filed so far. No one has entered appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 1 so far.

It is submitted that there are 2 respondents. Respondent No. 1 is represented through Advocate but no counter affidavit has been filed so far. Counsel for the petitioner has not filed spare copy for issuance of show cause notice in respect of Respondent No. 2.
