Accordingly, matter has been de-tagged.

It is submitted that sole respondent is represented though Ms. Kavita Jha, Advocate and counter-affidavit filed on behalf of sole respondent has already been included in SLP paper books.

It is lastly submitted that tax effect involved in this matter is Rs. 14,33,90,981/-.
