The instant matter was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 29th October, 2018, was pleased to pass the following order:

"Delay condoned. 

Issue notice.

 For the time being, service on Proforma Respondent No. 12 is dispensed with.

 Status quo regarding the suit property, as of today, shall be maintained in the meanwhile." 

Accordingly, Show Cause Notice was issued to all the 12 respondents through Registered AD post and Dr. Surender Singh Hooda, Advocate has filed vakalatnama and counter affidavit on behalf of Respondent nos. 1 to 5, same has already included in the paper book. Despite being served no one has filed vakalatnama on behalf of Respondent nos. 6 to 12 so far.

It is submitted that in view of Ld. Registrar Court order dated 30th July, 2019 the Petition above-mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
