It is submitted that Counsel for the Petitioner has on 24.01.2024 filed an application for appropriate orders/directions.  The said application is registered as I.A. No. 19813/2024 copy of the same is included in the SLP Paperbooks.

It is further submitted that Ms. Ranjeeta Rohatgi, Counsel for the Petitioner has  on 19.02.2024 filed a List of dates/ Note on behalf of the petitioners.  The same is included in the SLP Paperbooks.

Thereafter, the matter above mentioned was mentioned before the Hon'ble Court, on 13.03.2024, when the Court was passed to pass the following order:

" List on 18th March, 2024."

It is submitted that Counsel for the Petitioner has on 11.03.2024 filed an application for directions along with affidavit. The same is registered as I.A No. 62767/2024 and the copy of the same is being circulated with this Office Report for the kind perusal of Hon'ble Court.
