The matter above mentioned was listed before the Ld. Registrar Court on 22nd July, 2019, when the following order was passed : -

" Service is complete on respondent nos. 1,5 and 6 but none has entered appearance.

Respondent nos. 2 and 4 are granted four weeks time as last opportunity for filing counter affidavit.

Ld. Counsel for the petitioner to take fresh steps to effect service on respondent no.3 within two weeks time as last opportunity. If fresh steps are not taken within two weeks time, registry to process the matter for listing before the Hon'ble Judge in Chamber for orders. If fresh steps are taken, process as per rules and list again on 4.11.2019. "

There are total 06 respondents in this matter.

It is submitted that as per tracking report service of notice is complete on R.Nos. 1, 5 & 6 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf so far.

It is further submitted that Mr. Aproov Kurup, Adv has on 25.02.2019 filed vakalatnama and memo of appearance on behalf of R.No. 4 but no counter affidavit has been filed on his behalf so far.

It is further submitted that Mr. Devendra Singh, Adv has on 15.04.2019 and 27.08.2019 filed vakalatnama and counter affidavit on behalf of R.No. 2.

It is lastly submitted that Ld. Counsel for the petitioner has on 30.07.2019 filed spare copies for effecting service of notice in respect of R.No. 3 and thereafter notice has been issued to the said respondent through regd. A.D. Post on 08.08.2019 and service position as per tracking report in respect of R.No. 3 is "Item delivery confirmed at Sector 9 Chandigarh S.O.".

Service of notice is complete.
