 Ms. Neha Agarwal, learned counsel submits that fresh steps on newly collected address were taken for respondent No. 10 on 20.03.2021. Registry to verify and proceed accordingly. 

 SLP(C) No. 32944/2018 

 Mr. Indraprateek Naidu, Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the fresh steps will be taken within a week for serving notice on respondent Nos. 10 & 13. Registry to verify and proceed accordingly. 

 SLP(C) No. 32978/2018 

 Mr. Himanshu Mehta, learned counsel submits that an Interim Resolution Professional has taken over the Petitioner- Jet Airways India Limited and accordingly, requisite steps on behalf of the person in-charge will be taken within two weeks. Registry to verify and proceed accordingly.  "

It is submitted that fresh show cause notice was  issued to respondent No. 10 on the fresh address on 12.04.2021 by regd. A.D. Unserved cover containing notice has been received back in respect of respondent No. 10 with Postal Comment "Left"

Service is not complete in respect of respondent No. 10

 SLP(C) No. 32944/2018

It is submitted that fresh show cause notice was  issued to respondent No. 10 and 13 on fresh address 12.04.2021 by regd. A.D. Unserved cover containing notice have been received back in respect of respondent Nos. 10 and 13 with Postal Comment "Left" and "Company has been closed" respectively. Counsel for the petitioner has again on 25.06.2021 filed fresh particulars alongwith fresh address in respect of respondent Nos. 10 and 13. 

Service is not complete in respect of respondent Nos. 10 and 13.

 SLP(C) No. 32978/2018 

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has neither filed spare copies in respect of respondent Nos. 3, 5 and 7 nor filed fresh particular in respect of respondent No. 3 so far. 

Service is not complete in Respect of Respondent Nos. 3, 5 and 7.

The matters above-mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chamber with this Office Report.
