It is submitted that pursuant to order quoted above show cause notice was issued to respondent No. 10 through newspaper publication Namely 1. (Times of India), 2. (Lokmat Marathi) on 07.11.2022. Counsel for the petitioner has not filed affidavit with proof of publication so far.
Service is not complete in respect of Respondent No. 10.

It is further submitted that counsel appearing in the matters above mentioned have not taken steps to effect the service on the unserved Respondents Nos. 10 and 13 in SLP (C) No. 32944/2018 and Respondent Nos. 3, 5 and 7 in SLp (C) No. 32978/2018.
The matters above-mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chamber with this Office Report for orders.
