This Hon'ble Court, on 22nd April, 2019, was pleased to pass the following order:

" Application for exemption from filing official translation is allowed.

Permission to file additional documents is granted.

Issue notice, returnable in four weeks. "

There are 2 Respondents in this matter.

Accordingly, notice was issued to Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 on 02.05.2019 through Bar Coding Slip System. As per Indian Postal Track Report remarks, "Out for delivery to Gomti Nagar, SO on 09.05.2019" in respect of Respondent No. 1 and neither A.D. Card nor unserved cover containing show cause notice has been received back so far (Copy enclosed). Unserved cover containing show cause notice have been received back in respect of Respondent No. 2 with postal remarks "Incomplete Addresss". A letter dated 17.06.2019 was issued to Mr. M. P. Devanath, Counsel for the Petiitoner for taking fresh steps for completion of service on Respondent No. 2.

It is submitted that Mr. M. P. Devanath, Counsel for the Petitioner has on 11.07.2019 filed spare copy of SLP alongwith a letter furnishing the fresh address of Respondent No. 2, but Respondent No. 2 mentioned by him in his letter is not a party in the instant matter.  Respondent No. 2 in SLP is Divisional Level Committee, Meerut but in his letter he has shown "Director of Industries and Convenor" as Respondent No. 2. Hence, notice could not be issued.

Service of notice is not complete on Respondent nos. 1 and 2.

The matter above-mentioned is listed before the  Court of Ld. Registrar with this Office Report.
