It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has on 31.10.2023 e-filed the application for direction in I.A. No. 139142 of 2022 and the same has been registered as Interlocutory application no. 226222 of 2023 (Copy of the same has been placed with paper books)

It is submitted that show cause notice returnable on 29.08.2023 was issued to all the six respondents in the matter through speed post as well as dasti. As per India post track report, notice delivered to all the respondents except respondent no.6 but noone has entered the appearance, so far.  Counsel for the petitioner has not filed the proof with affidavit of dasti service, so far. 

It is further submitted that  Mr. Sandeep Kumar  Jha, Adv has on  25.1.2024 e-filed reply on behalf of  respondent no.1 in  application for condonation of delay in filing the special leave petition  and Counter affidavit in Special leave petition  but has not filed Vakalatnama/appearance.However ,copies of the same is being circulated herewith this office report .

Service is not complete on Respondent no.6.

CONTEMPT PETITION (C) No. 674/2019 IN SLP (C) No. 34811/2013

It is submitted that Mr. Naveen Sharma, Petitioner In-Person has on 21.09.2023 e-filed the application for permission to filed additional documents along with application for exemption from filing O.T but  on scrutiny, same was found to be defective as Annexures are not certified as true copy. Defects notified but not cured yet. However, copy of the unregistered I.A No. 193952 and 193956 has been placed with paperbooks.

It is submitted that counsel for the appellant has on 31.10.2023 e-filed the additional affidavit in  application for direction (I. A No. 147148 of 2023) (copy of same has been placed with paper books).

Service is complete in all the matters above-mentioned except SC D. No. 17708 of 2023 .

The matter ie. SC no. 10587 of 2019 above mentioned was mentioned before the Hon'ble court on 07.12.2023., when the following order was passed:

                        " List the matter in the last week of January 2024"
