This Hon'ble Court, on 31st January, 2023, was pleased to pass the following order:

" The matter be listed for hearing after a month on a non- miscellaneous day.

 In the meantime, learned counsel for the parties may file their compilation."

It is  submitted that pursuant to the order quoted above counsel for the parties have not filed compilation so far.

It is further submitted that there are 5 respondents in this matter. Counsel for the Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 has on 28.4.22 filed Counter Affidavit and the same has been included in SLP paper books. Counsel for the Respondent No. 5 has not filed counter affidavit so far. No one has entered appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 though served through India Post track report. However, counsel for the petitioner has on 01.05.2023 filed a letter stating therein that the  address of Respondent no. 4 is "The gumbad, Varun Marg Defence Colony, New Delhi- 110024 and has filed proof of serving the copy of SLP upon Respodent no. 4 at the address mentioned in letter.

Service is complete.

The Petition along with application above-mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
