SLP(C) No. 14309-14312/2019
It is submitted that Pursuant to Order quoted above, show cause notice was issued to sole Respondent on 16.07.2019. Mr. Neeraj Shekhar, Advocate has on 16.08.2019 filed Vakalatananama/appearance on beahlf of sole Respondent but he has not filed counter affidavit so far. Mr. Neeraj Shekhar, Advocate has on 12.03.2021 e-filed application for amendment of Cause title (IA Diary No. 38005/2021) without paying court fee and serving its copy on other side. However, copy of the said application is being circulated herewith.
It is further submitted that Counsel for the Petitioner has on 25.07.2019 filed affidavit of valuation without paying ad-valorem court fee which is Rs. 24, 78, 740/-. However copy of the said affidavit is being circulated herewith.
It is lastly submitted that submitted that tax effect is involved in this matter is Rs.514, 48, 42, 772/.

SLP(C) No. 14313-14314/2019
It is submitted that Mr. Charanya Lakshmikumaran, Advocate has on 26.08.2021 e-filed vakalatanama/appearance on behalf of sole Respondent but he has not filed counter affidavit so far.
It is lastly submitted that submitted that tax effect is involved in this matter is Rs. 704,53,85/-

SLP(C) No. 14315/2019
It is submitted that Ms. Rashmi Singhania, Advocate has on 27.08.2019 filed vakaltanama/appearance on behalf of sole Respondent and has on 27.08.2020 filed counter affidavit and copy of the same has been included in SLP paper books.
It is further submitted that Counsel for the Petitioner has on 21.01.2020 filed affidavit of valuation as per affidavit of valuation Court fee is Rs. 25,00000 but he has paid Rs. 24,94,670 which is deficit by Rs. 330. However, copy of the same is being circulated herwith.
It is lastly submitted that submitted that tax effect is involved in this matter is Rs. 47, 85, 63, 339/-.

SLP(C) Diary No. 17536/2019
This SLP was listed before the Hon'ble Court, on 06th December, 2019, when the following Order was passed:-

Accordingly, matter has been tagged with SLP(C) Nos. 14309-14310.
It is submitted that that pursuant to Order quoted above show cause notice was issued to sole Respondent on 18.12.2019. Mr. Punit D. Tyagi, Advocate has already filed vakalatnama/appearance on behalf of sole Respondent but he has not filed counter affidavit so far.
It is further submitted that Counsel for the Petitioner has on 06.01.2020 filed affidavit of valuation and copy of the same is being circulated herewith.
