This Hon'ble Court, on 03rd July, 2019, was pleased to pass the following order:

" Delay condoned.

The Tribunal took the minimum wage of the petitioner at Rs. 9,000/- p.m. considering he is a skilled labourer while the High Court has reduced it to Rs. 6,000/- p.m. which is of unskilled labourt.

In view of the aforesaid, let issue notice."

It is submitted that, pursuant to aforesaid Order, show cause notice was issued to all the 3 Respondents. 

It is further submitted that, Respondent no.1 is represented through Mr. Shiv Parakh Pandey, Advocate but no counter affidavit has been filed on his behalf.

It is further submitted that, Respondent no.2 is represented through Mr. RObin Khokar, Advocate and counter affidavit on his behalf has been filed and included in the SLP paper books.

It is further submitted that, counsel for the petitioner has filed an application for substitution of Respondent No.3 which was directed to be treated as Application for impleadment vide Hon'ble Judge (In Chamber) Order dated 24.04.2023 and the same has been registered as I.A. no. 3258 of 2023 and paper books of the same have been placed along with SLP paper books.

It is  lastly submitted that, pursuant to Hon'ble Judge (In Chamber) Order dated 24.04.2023, show cause notice was issued to proposed LRs of Respondent Nos. 3. i.e, 3(i) and 3(ii) and both the proposed Lrs have been served with the notice as per process server report received from District and Session Judge Rohtak but no one has entered appearance on their behalf so far.

Service of show cause notice is complete on Respondent nos. 1,2 and proposed Lrs of Respondnent no.3 i.e, 3(i) and 3(ii).

The matter along with application above-mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
