" Mr. Samar Bansal, Advocate waives notice for respondent Nos.1 to 4. As prayed, two weeks time is granted to file  reply. 

Learned counsel for the petitioner may serve a copy of this petition to the Standing Counsel appearing for the Respondent No.5, namely, Municipal Corporation of Delhi, who it is stated is a formal party.

List the matter after two weeks on a non-miscellaneous day."


         It is submitted that Mr. Goutham Shivshankar, Advocate has on 29-3-2019 filed Vakalatnama & memo of appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 to 4 and has also on 22-7-2019 filed Counter Affidavit on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 with the permission of the Hon'ble Court.  Copy of the same is being circulated herewith for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

         It is further submitted that Mr. Praveen Swarup, Advocate has on 9-4-2019 filed Vakalatnama & memo of appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 5 but has not filed Counter Affidavit so far.

         It is also submitted that Counsel for the Petitioner has not filed proof of serving of petition to the Standing Counsel appearing for the Respondent No. 5, namely, Municipal Corporation of Delhi so far.

         It is lastly submitted that Mr. Ram Kishor Singh Yadav, Advocate has on 22-7-2019 filed Vakalatnama & memo of appearance on behalf of Sole Petitioner after taking No Objection from the erstwhile Mr. Rajesh Srivastava, Advocate.

         Service of show cause notice is complete.

         The Petition above-mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court  with this Office Report.
