This Hon'ble Court, on 10th December, 2019, was pleased to pass the following order:

" The office report indicates that  vakalatnama and counter affidavit filed by the learned counsel for sole respondent is defective.  Learned counsel shall within a period of four weeks cure the defects whatever have been found in the said vakalatnama and counter affidavit.

List again on 17.2.2020."

It is submitted that Counsel for Sole Respondent has on 24.12.2019 filed application for amendment of cause title and the said application was listed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers on 30th January, 2020, when His Lordship was pleased to pass the following order:

" Applications for amendment of cause title and exemption from filing original power of attorney in support of vakalatnama are allowed. "

  It is submitted that as directed above, name of Respondent has been amended.  Vakalatnama/Appearance filed by Ms.Vijaya Lakshmi Menon, Advocate has been taken on record.  She has on 4.12.2019 filed counter affidavit on behalf of sole respondent.

Service is complete.

  The Petition above-mentioned is listed before the Court of Ld. Registrar with this Office Report.
