This Hon'ble Court, on 26th July, 2019 was pleased to pass the following order:

" Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, states that without prejudice to the merits of the appeal, the petitioners would like to settle the dispute by payment of lump-sum compensation to the respondents.

Issue notice.

In the meantime, there shall be stay of operation of the impugned order of the High Court."

It is submitted that there are 7 respondents in the matter. Pursuant to order quoted above Notice was issued to all the 7 respondents on 02.08.2019 through India Post Registered A.D.. Vide Order dated 27.02.2020 by Hon'ble Judge in Chamber, Lrs of respondent no. 5 brought on record and accordingly Cause title was amended. Copy of the same has been included in SLP paperbooks. Mr. Rana Ranjit Singh, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama on behalf Lr/Respondnet nos. 1 to 4, 5(i) to 5 (vii), 6 and 7 Respectively.

It is further submitted that Mr. Rana Ranjit Singh, Advocate has on 26.04.2022 filed 4 separate Counter Affidavits on behalf of Lr/Respondent nos. 1 to 4, 5(i) to 5 (vii), 6 and 7 Respectively. copies of the same have been placed with SLP paperbooks.
