It is submitted that Sole Respondent is residing out of India and Counsel for the Petitioner has on 16th July, 2019 filed spare copy for issue of notice to Sole Respondent, but has not taken necessary steps in terms of OM No.F. No.12 (77)/10-Juldl. dated 18.08.2011 despite this Registry's Letter dated 17th June, 2019.
