The matter was listed before the Hon'ble Court, on 22nd November, 2019, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

" Issue notice returnable within four weeks.

Status quo, as on today, shall be maintained. "

Accordingly, show cause notice was issued to respondent no. 1 through registered AD post and to respondent nos. 2 & 3 through Ms. Anjana Chandrashekar, Advocate (Caveator). As per India post tracking report, notice has been delivered to respondent no. 1 but no one has entered appearance on behalf of respondent no. 1.

The matter was listed before the Ld. Registrar Court, on 10th January, 2020, when the following order was passed:

" Service of notice is complete qua respondent No.1 but no one has entered appearance on his behalf.

Ld. Counsel for respondent Nos. 2 and 3 submits that he will file the counter affidavit during the course of the day. This is taken on record. The matter be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Court under the rules after one week. "

It is submitted that no one has entered appearance on behalf of respondent no. 1, so far.

It is further submitted that pursuant to the above order, counsel for respondent no. 2 and 3 has on 10.01.2020 filed statement of objection and same has been included in the paperbooks.

Service of notice is complete upon all the 03 respondents.

It is lastly submitted that in view of circular no. F.No. 17/1211/2000/R.S. dated 12.04.2021, name of Ms. Hetu Arora Sethi, Advocate was updated on behalf of the petitioners as the erstwhile Counsel, Mr. Naveen R. Nath, Advocate has been designated as Sr. Advocate.

The Petition above-mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
