This Hon'ble Court, on 04.09.2019, was pleased to pass the following order:

" Issue notice returnable in four weeks.

      Dasti, in addition is permitted."

Accordingly show cause notice was issued to all the three respondents through registered A.D. post as well as Dasti. Mr. Nikhil Goel, Advocate has filed vakalatnama and memo of appearance on behalf of respondent nos. 1 & 2.

It is submitted that service of show cause notice is complete in respect of respondent no. 3 through Tracking report but no one has entered appearance on his behalf so far.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not filed proof of affidavit of dasti service in respect of all the respondents.

Service of show cause notice is complete for respondent nos. 1 & 2 through Advocate and also complete for respondent no. 3 through tracking report.

Thereafter, the matter above mentioned was lastly listed before Ld. Registrar Court, on 21st January, 2020, when the court was pleased to pass the following order:

"  Service is complete on respondent no.3 but none has entered appearance. Respondent nos.1 & 2 are granted four weeks time as last opportunity for filing counter affidavit. 

 Registry to process the matter for listing before the Hon'ble Court after completion of period of four weeks whether counter affidavit is filed or not as further opportunity stands declined."

It is submitted that Mr. Nikhil Goel, counsel for the respondent nos. 1 & 2 has on 10.06.2020 filed counter affidavit on their behalf. Copy of the same is already included in SLP paper books. However, now Mr. Shreekant Neelappa Terdal, Advocate has on 27.09.2023 filed memo of appearance on behalf of respondent nos. 1 & 2.

The Petition above-mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
