The Ld. Registrar's Court, on 12th May, 2022, was pleased to pass the following order:

"Respondent nos. 1(ii) and 2(ii) have filed counter affidavit but beyond the time granted in that regard. The fact shall find mention in the office report to be submitted before the Hon'ble Court.

Respondent nos. 1(i), 1(iii), 1(v), 2(i), 2(iii) and 2(v) have not filed counter affidavit despite being granted sufficient opportunities. 

Petitioner has not taken fresh steps and/or filed fresh particulars in respect of unserved respondent nos. 1(iv) and 2(iv) despite being granted final opportunity on the earlier occasion; as such, Registry to process the matter for listing before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for necessary directions."

It is submitted that pursuant to the order quoted above counsel appearing for respondent nos. 1.1, 1.3, 1.5, 2.1, 2.3 and 2.5 have not filed counter affidavit so far. Mr. Rajesh Kumar, Advocate has filed vakalatnama on behalf of respondent nos. 1.4 and 2.4 but has not filed counter affidavit so far.

Service is complete.

The Petition above-mentioned is listed before the Court of Ld. Registrar with this Office Report.
