This Hon'ble Court, on 18th November, 2019, was pleased to pass the following order:

" Delay condoned. 

 Issue notice. 

 In the meantime, there shall be stay of operation of the impugned judgment and final order dated 27.03.2019 passed by the High Court of Karnataka at Bangaluru in W.A. Nos. 867-868 of 2019 (T-RES). 

 Tag with SLP (C) Nos. 24009-24010 of 2018."

Accordingly show cause notice was issued to both Respondents through registered AD Post. Mr. Ankur Sood, Advocate has on 31.08.2020 filed vakalatnama/memo of appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 2 and has on 01.09.2020 filed counter affidavit on behalf of Respondent No. 2 but the same is defective for the reason that he has not mentioned averment, "No new facts ....below" in the counter affidavit and the same is circulated herewith. Mr. Umesh Kumar Khaitan, Advocate has on 02.09.2020 filed vakalatnama/memo of appearance and counter affidavit on behalf of Respondent No. 1 and the same is already included in the paper books.

Service of notice is complete.

It is further submitted that Mr. Ankur Sood, Advocate has on 31.08.2020 filed application seeking vacation of order dated 18.11.2019 which is registered as I.A. NO. 84823/2020 and the same is circulated herewith.

It is further submitted that Mr. B.K. Prasad, Advocate has filed valuation affidavit, as per affidavit tax effect/revenue involved in the mentioned appeal valuation is Nil.

The application above mentioned in the matters were above-mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
