It is submitted that pursuant to order quoted above show cause notice was issued to all the four Lrs. of the sole respondent by regd. A.D. As per track report of India Post Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 have refused to accept notice and service is not complete in respect of respondent No. 4.

Service is not complete in respect of respondent No. 4 

SLP(C) No. 10294/2022

It is submitted that instead of taking fresh steps and filing fresh particulars in respect of unserved respondent Nos. 4 and 5 counsel for the petitioner has on 23.04.2024 filed an application for fresh particulars of unserved respondent Nos. 4 and 5 without mentioning fresh particulars alongwith affidavit (stating therein that both the respondents are still alive) and application for condonation of delay in filing fresh particulars and application for exemption from filing O.T. (regd. as I.A. Nos. 98678, 98681 & 978682/2024). Copy of the same has been placed with SLP paper books.

It is further submitted that no one has entered appearance on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 to 3 though served with notice.

Service is not complete in respect of respondent Nos. 4 and 5.

SLP (C) No. 5673 OF 2020 

It is submitted that no one has entered appearance on behalf of respondent Nos. 1, 3 to 5 though served with notice. 

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not taken fresh steps in respect of unserved respondent No. 2 so far.

 Service is not complete in respect of respondent No. 2. 

SLP (C) No. 5677 OF 2020 

 is submitted that no one has entered appearance on behalf of respondent Nos. 1, 2, 4and 7 though served with notice. 

It is further submitted that pursuant to order quoted above counsel for the petitioner has neither taken fresh steps nor filed fresh particulars in respect of unserved respondent No. 3 so far. 

It is lastly submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not taken appropriate steps in respect of deceased respondent Nos. 5 and 6. 

Service is not complete in respect of respondent Nos. 3, 5 an 6.

SLP (C) No. 525 OF 2020 

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not taken appropriate steps in respect of deceased respondent Nos. 6 and 12 to 14. 

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has neither taken fresh steps nor filed fresh particulars in respect of unserved respondent Nos. 1-5, 7-11 and 15 and 16. 

Service is not complete in respect of all the 16 respondents.

 SLP (C) No. 3987 OF 2020

 It is submitted that pursuant to order quoted above counsel for the petitioner has not taken fresh steps in respect of sole respondent. 

Service is not complete.

SLP (C) No. 29676 OF 2019 

It is submitted that pursuant to order quoted above counsel appearing for respondent No. 1 has not filed counter-affidavit so far. 

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has neither taken fresh steps nor filed fresh particulars in respect of unserved respondent Nos. 7, 9,11 and 12.

 It is further submitted that no one has entered appearance on behalf of respondent Nos. 2 to 6, 8 and 10 though served with notice.

Service is not complete in respect of respondent Nos. 7, 9, 11 and 12.

SLP (C) No. 29677 OF 2019

 It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not taken appropriate steps in respect of deceased sole respondent so far. 

Service is not complete.

The Petition above-mentioned is listed before the  Hon'ble Judge in Chamberwith this Office Report.
